  Jason was very helpful and dealt with the work quickly and efficiently. He explained clearly what he was going to do . He even took on board that i have arthritic hands so made sure I had the right taps to make it easy for me to use . He tidied up and was cheerful and pleasant throughout . I’ve used him twice and would highly recommend him .

  Blocked toilet fix

  Hired to help unblock a blocked toilet which was not flushing properly and backing up with waste material. SP seemed convinced it was a main pipes issue and spent most of the time trying to find and access the external drain cover. In the end, no issue confirmed nor fixed. Had to call out different plumber who correctly found the fault in the U-bend of toilet and fixed issue - fully working toilet now. Friendly chap though, hence 5/10.
