  Roof repair

  Spring Valley undertook repairs to our roof which included a new lead valley gutter system, elevations, membrane and tile battens. This work came with a guarantee of 10 years in the quote and then five years when they provided a certificate at the end of the work. The repair barely lasted six months. A temporary fix was made pending better weather conditions, but then they have not responded to calls, texts or emails for three months.

  New roof

  We had a roof that was 15 years old and keep getting damaged. I called them and discussed the quote. We had whole roof replaced in 3 days. Very happy and satisfied.

  Repaired roof

  Excellent from start to finish. Spring Valley Roofing repaired roof and replaced gutter to front of house. Liaising with my sister whilst I was away with work. Will have back next month for repairs to back if house. Excellent price and service. Over 2 days due to rain, turned up on time Price of job 850 Tn389lb

  We had our conservatory roof replaced by darren and his team in August. From the first consultation, we knew we wanted darren to do the job and we were a hundred percent right. The workmanship and attention to detail was second to none, nothing was too much trouble. darren guided us throughout and we are absolutely made up with our new roof and all year round room! Would highly recommend them. Very happy customers.

  Slipped roof tile

  We had a slipped roof tile but due to living in a 3 floor property we were struggling to find someone to get out and confirm what the issue was. Darren at Spring Valley roofing was one of the tradesman that felt like they recognised I had a problem that needed resolving, rather than viewing it as another job for them. He had high levels of communication, got back to me swiftly and provided useful information I wasn’t getting from others. I really appreciated being treated with some compassion and understanding. I’ll be considering Spring Valley for future.
