John made the process of getting a stairlift installed a breeze. He was really helpful on the initial call, providing me with all the information I needed to think about. We booked in for a home quotation the following day, he came on a Sunday. John made us feel comfortable right from the start, he showed a genuine caring attitude. We felt comfortable & confident and went ahead with his quote and recommendations. John fitted the stairlift the following day within an hour, turning up at the time he promised. Very Impressive service from initial point of contact to installation, fast site survey and no hassle quote which was very competitive. James was professional and showed great workmanship skill on installation and demonstration he was fast and tidy. With my Dad recently breaking his hip I needed a good quality stairlift installed at short notice. After much phoning around I had John from Stairliftstoday at Maidstone recommended to me. I can honestly say that the experience was a pleasure from the moment I spoke to him to the moment it was installed. John is a trustworthy, reliable and recommended a refurbished unit for better value. His workmanship was first rate and he even managed to install it early and keep the existing handrails in place. John fitted the stairlift the day after I ordered it. He arrived at the time that he said he would and fitting took less than an hour. Everything was explained thoroughly and my wife tested the lift to make sure it suited her before John left. My stairlift was getting slower, so I asked John to pop in when he was in the area, to replace the batteries. He gave me a price and said he could probably do it the following day. He kept his word and turned up the next morning. Excellent service! John is friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with. After a fault on our chair purchased recon from Stairlifts Today back in 20I5, I called Stairlifts Today on Saturday midday and a new recon chair was fitted on Sunday Morning to our original track. John arranged the installation of a stairlift at my parents house. He was a pleasure to deal with. He knows the houses in the area, and knew exactly what style of stairlift would suit the house, as the stairs are straight but narrow. He was extremely personable, answering all our questions patiently, and explaining everything clearly. He arranged the installation quickly meeting our tight timeframe - with no fuss and no hard sell. All at an extremely reasonable price.
