Really appreciated Stanley’s work. Fair pricing and good work ethic. He communicated in a timely manner although sometimes arrived later than communicated. Not a big deal. He did some simple guttering fixes and then managed to diagnose an issue that other tradespeople had attempted to fix and made worse. He worked out why water was running down my front porch render, made the fix and actually cleaned up the render to remove some staining. Visually it looks much better by the porch and the water is draining as it should. He was also really pleasant to chat to.

We had major damp issues soon after moving in last May, with damage visible across two floors. I got quotes from 5 roofers—some quoted over £30k without even checking the roof! Stan was the only one who inspected the attic, returned with a drone, and gave two clear, well-priced options. We chose to replace the back roof, and the work was done quickly and professionally. Communication was excellent with daily photo updates. We’ve had a damp-free winter and will definitely use Stan again. Highly recommend!

Great work from the team. They were very clear about what they needed to do and provided lots of updates during the process. They did a great job, tidied up after themselves and it was great value for money
