    Independently verify boiler warranty before proceeding with this company

    Disappointing experience Total cost for new boiler £2,638. Pulsacoil recommended and ordered by the team. Delivery took three weeks; installation took two days. Prior to installation, requested confirmation of a 10-year warranty on multiple occasions (via the MyBuilder job description, email, and in person). After installation and registration of the boiler, I was informed that the unit supplied carried a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty. At no point prior to installation was I informed the boiler they had ordered only had a five year warranty. Independently verify warranty before proceeding.

    Boiler service, new rads fitted

    Have been using James and Colin for 10 years for all things heating! Boiler services, fitting rads etc. Always friendly and professional. I'd have no qualms about recommending them to anyone who needed such works and services.
