External insulation on one wall, internal insulation in one room
9.75As agreed, they put a layer of insulation on one wall, and internal insulation on the ceiling of a room in a flat-roofed extension. They worked very hard at it, and it seemed very efficiently. The wall looks good. The ceiling still has to be painted, but I can easily do that. They did leave a small amount of rubbish (mostly "sawdust" from the insulation blocks) behind.

9.75The Stay Warm team was amazing! Joe project managed remarkably the team and went above & beyond to make this sometimes stressful process as smooth as possible by recommending tradesmen amongst other things. He was also very responsive & clear throughout the process. David & the team were really nice, great at problem solving and the craftsmanship + attention to details was good. We just had an issue with a stud fixing going through the next room due to a very thin wall but the team was easy to offer a solution that suited us all. Overall, I would definitely recommend Stay Warm's services.

While their quote was higher than some alternatives, it was also the most thorough and clearly covered more work than some of the others I received. They arrived in a timely manner each day and worked a full day unless weather prevented it. Even with losing 1 full day to poor weather they were able to complete the job in less time than they'd originally estimated.

9.75Verified ReviewWhile their quote was a bit higher than some other options Stay Warm's quote also seemed to be the most complete and detailed so I was clear what work was going to be carried out and that it was going to fully cover the job. I was amazed by the size of the crew that arrived on the first day to setup and I immediately understood where my money was going. On subsequent days it wasn't quite as large of a crew but it was always at least 3-4 workers who arrived on time each day and worked a full day easily, only stopping early when weather prevented any further work.

What is Spray Foam
Spray foam insulation is a liquid foam which is sprayed into position and sets into an insulating layer. It can be used to insulate your roof, loft, walls, floors and more.
Air moves in and out of a home through every hole, crack, and crevice.
Spray foam seals your building envelope to stop conditioned indoor air from escaping and prevent unconditioned air from entering a home.
Spray foam insulation is a better insulator than the conventional insulation types such as mineral wool, celotex loft insulation.
