External wall insulation to entire three storey detached property
9.75Verified ReviewHaving done our research and despite the fact that their quote wasn’t the cheapest Joe instilled a confidence that others didn’t and it’s safe to say we didn’t regret our decision to chose Stay Warm insulations. The External wall insulation applied to the exterior of our very cold 1930’s detached property means aesthetically the house now looks modern and bright. Joe was contactable through the entire process to deal with any concerns or queries that I had. David and his team were polite and professional, even embracing my two very large dogs! The overall level of workmanship is faultless.

Upon finding Stay Warm Insulation, looking at their reviews and initial calls I felt confident in using them. I accepted their quote and also opted to have my loft insulation up graded and re boarded. My house has been transformed from a dreary pebble dashed house into a lovely looking modern property. The quality of the finish is brilliant and reflects the workmanship. Excellent comms with Joe who kept me informed with every detail. David, the main man on the job is a perfectionist and a credit to the company.

10Verified ReviewMy 1930's house had a very cold north facing side wall and Stay Warm Insulation have done an excellent job externally insulating this wall and the single skin around my front door. I have yet to find out whether the insulation will make the winters more comfortable but the work has transformed the look of my house for the better, and I'm delighted.

7Verified ReviewCame when they said and got the job done. Joe is communicative and friendly. David was also friendly and explained the process well. Unfortunately damaged my ceiling quite significantly but apologised and had this fixed within 3 days despite weekend. Sadly also left everything in my loft very messy and random when previously it was ordered and fairly tidy.

10Verified ReviewThe work started on time and finished on time. All crews contributing to work had immaculate attention to detail, kind, and professional. External wall insulation and loft insulation are not easy but SWI did an excellent job. I must add that they also operate as a one stop shop, dealing with the plumbing, sills, external lights etc. All by themselves; with the same professionalism. When the job was done, they tidied up and cleaned everything. There were numerous cases where they went above and beyond the call of duty to help us. Definitely top notch firm!

What is Spray Foam
Spray foam insulation is a liquid foam which is sprayed into position and sets into an insulating layer. It can be used to insulate your roof, loft, walls, floors and more.
Air moves in and out of a home through every hole, crack, and crevice.
Spray foam seals your building envelope to stop conditioned indoor air from escaping and prevent unconditioned air from entering a home.
Spray foam insulation is a better insulator than the conventional insulation types such as mineral wool, celotex loft insulation.
According to National Insulation Association, 100mm of spray foam is equivalent to around 170mm thick of conventional insulation.
