Well recommended - clear explanation and good communication
I really enjoyed working with Joe and the team. They helped insulate my floors and, given they were ripping up parts of my flat, they also installed a new bathroom. The job presented a lot of unanticipated issues that neither of us could have foreseen. They were flexible and patient and got the job done well. They even refunded a piece of work that couldn't be done in the end, and for which I'd accidentally overpaid (you can't say that about most building firms!). Highly communicative and trustworthy. Thanks!Verified reviewerJob location: SE16RLuke A10 External Solid Wall Insulation

These people are true to their word
Staywarm Insulation executed an external wall insulation project in my house, Purley Oaks. We openly discussed options, reached an agreement, the quote was very thorough, the works started on time, as agreed 4-5 weeks prior, the team was very professional and efficient. Intense, organized (and clean) work. They paid attention to every detail and were committed to discuss, propose and execute the best solutions for every bit of detail. I will refrain from detailing their commercial approach - I only add that I have never encountered such a commercial attitude before (UK or elsewhere)Verified reviewerJob location: CR210 Insulation

Highly recommended
SWI insulated my complicated loft space over a period of two weeks during the hot weather without complaint. They were courteous and tidy, arriving on time and leaving everything neat when they left at the end of the day. Joe was really responsive and kept me in the loop as the work progressed. They also came back and neatened a few snags without complaint. Most importantly, the loft is usable all year round so the insulation clearly worked! I would recommend Joe and the team without hesitation.Verified reviewerJob location: N610 Roof Joist Insulation

Insulating a room-in-roof eaves cupboard
I highly recommend this company. Nice to work with, reasonable price and excellent outcome. The project was small but had many fiddly details (due to my requirements). Joe & Champ were very diligent, and willing to work with me at every stage over a long (12 hour day) so that the outcome was as I had hoped. One of the challenges of installing insulation in hard-to-access places is that the customer cannot easily check if the work has been done well. In contrast, I was invited to inspect the work at each stage to confirm I was satisfied. It really was a pleasure working with Joe & Champ.Verified reviewerJob location: TW1010 External Solid Wall Insulation
