Karl was excellent. Polite, friendly and informative. Did a good job and lots of helpful advice. Will never try and sell you what you don't need. If you can do some maintenance repairs yourself to save money, he tells you how - and where to get what you need. Definitely use next year.

They responded to my email and booked me in quickly, arrived when stated and carried out a thorough inspection and sweep.
