Fix on a leaking radiator
Wesley was easy to speak to and quick to respond. Chad completed the work with no problems, was COVID conscious and also understanding of noise and cleanliness whilst myself and my husband were working. Really appreciate the efficient response!

Replacement of two radiators and gentle flush of (old) pipework, plus fitting a Magnaclean filter
Wesley was a pleasure to work with: always polite and responsive to questions. He took time to understand my requirements and concerns with stressing the old pipework, discussed the options and explained the risks. He turned up on time, worked hard and completed the job as quoted. The system is now operating much better than before with no issues. I have no hesitation in recommending him and only wish I had found him before!

Replace taps in the bathroom and replace new bath side panel
The work was done to a very good standard. The recommended taps suited the bathroom perfectly. Following thee work everything was left very clean and tidy. Covid 19 distancing and masks protocol was followed which was impressive. Good communication on timing of the visit and also a very clear quote of the costs which matched the final invoice. Excellent all around service and experience.

Shower Installation
Very happy to have found StowFlow Plumbers. They were able to respond and schedule me in at very short notice. The plumbers were professional, friendly and left the area very neat and tidy at the end of the job. They explained the cost and installation process in detail so there were no surprises. I will use them again and again and recommend them to anyone looking for friendly, reliable plumbers!

Replacing flushing mechanism in toilet and replacing two leaking taps in basin
Very very good work. Plumber, Chad, was really nice and did all the work quickly. Tidied up and adhered to Covid safety regulations. Very satisfied :)
