Install new boiler
Work incomplete, I paid in full on the day. They have failed to fit a magnetic filter. Emergency repair to replace sensor in boiler
This was an emergency call out requested through checkatrade. They rang back almost immediately and were here within the hour. Unfortunately they could not fix the problem that day due to the part required being unavailable, however they prioritised us to return first thing next day. They rang to let us know they were delayed enroute, and only arrived 10mins later than expected. The final price was slightly higher than had been quoted, but when we requested a breakdown to know where the additional amount came from this was provided and we paid in full.
