Avoid at all costs. Paid a £300 deposit, then less than 48 hours before the clean they tried to change the booking. Told they’d arrive at 11am but turned up at 7:30am with no warning. Quoted an industrial vacuum and steam mop but used a Henry and mop/bucket. Claimed the clean was finished despite numerous jobs being missed. When we asked them to complete the agreed work, they left. I had to clean everything myself. The team also made concerning comments about their employment status and being paid in cash. Terrible service.

Ok, until completion of job. Turned up late and then pressured for final payment. Communication became very unprofessional. Did not full scope of job (missed cleaning doors). Attention to detail missed (no hovering behind doors)

Very bad experience. The on-site workers were polite, hardworking, and did a good job with the cleaning. The gentleman I spoke to over the phone was also helpful and communicated well. Unfortunately, the overall experience was let down by poor management and communication. There were repeated delays, missed appointments, unanswered calls, last-minute changes to the agreed payment method (from credit card to bank transfer), and inconsistent explanations for the delays. I felt there was little to no accountability, with blame often being shifted onto the customer rather than acknowledging it.

We booked an end of tenancy clean before handing back the keys, and the property looked far better than when we moved in. Every room was cleaned thoroughly, and communication was excellent throughout.
