Bathroom remodeling
Extremely delighted with our completely new bathroom. From start to finish, we were guided with helpful advice, regarding suitable bathroom products, planning, keeping us well informed and discussing each stage of work in progress. They are very reassuring and also stress-free for me. A bonus for me ! The team is very committed to a professionally high standard of service and customer satisfaction is their priority. House Renovation
Really happy with the transformation of our house. We came across a couple of unexpected problems during the renovation, but they explained the options clearly and sorted everything without making a drama out of it. House extension
The rear extension has completely changed how we use the house. SuttonBuild referred us to a structural engineer who assessed the proposed work and prepared the required report. They also worked closely with our own architect, who was very pleased with how straightforward and cooperative they were throughout the project. Bathroom Refit

Excellent communication and attention to detail. Julian and Bobby are first class!
Julian and Bobby recently completed a full refurbishment of our loft bathroom. They were excellent at communicating with me following the initial visit and provided me with a detailed quote containing all of the elements we had discussed. They started the job on the agreed date and worked tirelessly for 3 weeks to achieve the end result. They were patient and considerate and nothing was too much trouble. SuttonBuild is a London-based building and refurbishment company specialising in kitchens, bathrooms, full house refurbishments, extensions and structural works.
We work with homeowners across South West London, Surrey and surrounding areas, including Sutton, Kingston, Richmond, Epsom, Ashtead, Coulsdon, Hounslow, East Molesey and West Molesey.
We manage projects from the first site visit through to final handover, helping with planning, measurements, materials, coordination of trades and the full installation process.

We have experience with both small domestic refurbishments and larger projects, including full property remodels, house extensions and large-scale flooring works.
We also carry out specialist safety vinyl flooring installations for bathrooms, care homes, hospitals and HMO properties.
