Highly impressed. They arrived on time, work was done efficiently, thouroughly and they were very clear up front with both work to be done and cost. Perfect service. They left things clean afterwards. Will use their service again when needed in the future.

The speed with which Naz responded to my call and turned up to do the job was amazing. And then the job - fixing a leaking radiator and rerouting a condensate pipe - was done swiftly, with minimal fuss. I usually find this kind of thing pretty stressful but this was a very good experience.

Really fantastic, finally found headache and hassle free engineer! Easy to communicate with, very pleasant and efficient, helpful, works hard, gets on with it, focused, tidy. Not a vulture who will rip you off, reasonably priced, very approachable guy you can discuss and agree things. Very straightforward, no messing about, reliable and obviously knowledgeable. Finally I found my gas guy, he's defo staying in my address book for the future!

Naz and team were excellent from start to finish. Communication was clear and they were able to attend same-day. Our boiler stopped working - he identified the issue immediately and had the part ready to fit. Prices for labour and parts were very honest and reasonable. Would highly recommend.
