  Partial fix and no aftercare service

  Paid upfront for a 2-hour visit to fully resolve a drainage blockage issue. The operative left after around 1 hour stating the issue was fixed. The problem has since returned. The report was provided after more than 3 chasers and was stating that no root cause was identified and there was confusion regarding the manhole location, which was incorrectly indicated by the operative after inspection. No follow-up resolution has been provided despite raising the issue again. The biggest disappointment is the lack of thoroughness and aftercare given the cost and promised to get the issue fixed

  Excellent service from Naz. He arrived on time, carefully tested the new radiator valve before fitting it, and made sure everything was working perfectly once the job was done. Very professional and reliable — I would highly recommend.
