  Rebuild of a brick porch that was falling away from the house

  Ray was very reasonable on the price , kept me upto date with all the work being done with dates etc. I would highly reccomend this company to carry out any works you may need. They left the area clean and gave us suggestions on what would look good. We opted for a feature wall and slabs instead of tiles to make it less slippery for my elderly Dad. Dont hesitate ti contact this company as they are very reliable.

  We have had a great experience with Sylo Construction. Very happy with the quote and works carried out. They worked quickly even in very hot weather. Would use Sylo again.

  Garage conversion

  Highly recommend this company! We could not be happier after our garage conversion. Ray project managed everything from the start to finish, including dealing with the architect and building controls. He is very hands-on and has extensive knowledge to keep us informed at every stage. He even spent extra effort to look for what we wanted. So, a big “Thank You” for Ray’s exceptional project management and his team’s incredible work; in particular Aaron, the best main person on site, Richard for his extra effort and Ian to give an immaculate finish that really makes a difference to the rooms.

  Annexe Remediation

  Having been let down by a number of builders over the last few years, I was left with a fully completed but non compliant 1 Bedroom Annexe. I was at my wits end as to how to get the remediations done and was suffering from a lack of trust in the building trade. But then I was so lucky to find Sylo. Ray, Phil and the team were tenacious with the planners and building inspectors and found a resolution that saved me not only huge amounts of money but continued years of stress. Their work is first class, they constantly kept me updated and they were a joy to have around. I could not be happier.

  Garage walls repaired

  We recently had to rebuild our garage walls as it had been used as a retaining wall for a portion of the back garden. Phil, Ray and all the lads were great to work with and set out a clear goals that they wanted to achieve. They set a clear deadline and met it, even when we did discover that additional work was needed on an adjoining wall. At each stage, they gave us options on how we could proceed with additional fixes and the impact on the outcome. After completing the work they made sure that the area was clean and removed all waste materials. We would definitely recommend them!!!
