Annexe Remediation
Having been let down by a number of builders over the last few years, I was left with a fully completed but non compliant 1 Bedroom Annexe. I was at my wits end as to how to get the remediations done and was suffering from a lack of trust in the building trade. But then I was so lucky to find Sylo. Ray, Phil and the team were tenacious with the planners and building inspectors and found a resolution that saved me not only huge amounts of money but continued years of stress. Garage walls repaired
We recently had to rebuild our garage walls as it had been used as a retaining wall for a portion of the back garden. Phil, Ray and all the lads were great to work with and set out a clear goals that they wanted to achieve. They set a clear deadline and met it, even when we did discover that additional work was needed on an adjoining wall. At each stage, they gave us options on how we could proceed with additional fixes and the impact on the outcome. Very Highly Recommend
Sylo Construction have been our go to builders for the past 6 years having previously completed various jobs including a kitchen extension. This time we wanted to replace our old asbestos garage and build a side and rear extension so we had no hesitation in contacting Ray for the job. As always from day one we were kept informed of what work would be carried out and the team including Phil and Aaron especially were so helpful and hard working. Nothing was too much trouble for them which puts you at ease and stress free. Single storey extension

We at SYLO CONSTRUCTION LTD are a family run business ie Father (Ray Stibbs), Son (Phillip Stibbs), Partners in the day to day running, Daughter Leeann (Book work), Son in law Aaron, Nephew etc. Most of our other tradespeople have worked with us for many years, some as much as 25 yrs .
We at SYLO try to help and assist our prospective clients in all aspects of their project because we understand the need for constant contact and assurance that they are our main priority from the first day that we meet until completion and beyond .
I have over the years constructed approx. 50 houses, blocks of flats, hundreds of extensions from a garage conversion to extensions in the hundreds of thousands. Commercial works consist of being Project Manager on St Thomas's Hospital Endovascular Ward Conversion with live operations being carried out next door, School extensions, Sports hall construction, Project Manager for the construction of a 12 flat with underground parking in Wanstead East London, Contract building blocks of flats while the client lived in Australia. We treat all our clients with the utmost respect at all times ,
We keep all our sites clean and tidy at all times one, because that's how we work and two, because safety is a priority with us .

If you employ SYLO CONSTRUCTION LTD you can be assured that you be looked after all through you building project by a Company that cares, we don't close at 5pm on a Friday, our main mobile no (R Stibbs) is on 24 hrs a day even when I am holiday, it is on silent but when I see a missed call I ring back and will reassure or sort out any problems or changes to works, I am available 7 days a week, our attitude is that we don't want you to worry all over the weekend that you want to change something or you are worrying about the colours on the wall, don't wait till Monday stressing, call me, that's what you are paying for .
