  Front extension built and bathroom replaced.

  Giles and his team at Teamwork Projects have done two major projects at our hose. The team built a small extension to the front of our house and they completely gutted and replaced a bathroom. In both projects Giles coordinated all the work and helped the various tradespeople and builders work well together to complete the project. He sourced all materials and made sure builders / plumbers / carpenters had all they needed for the work. The Teamwork Projects team made sure that the extension and bathroom were finished to a good standard.

  They demolished a pre-fab garage and they built a car port and garden studio

  Project managed our large build

  From start to finish Giles had little control over our build, there was consistently poor communication between him and the builders he employed and by the end of the build this had broken down almost completely. There were a number of weeks through the build when the only time Giles came to site was to drop off his invoice and had no interest in keeping us updated with what was going on. Key elements on the plan were missed off the schedule resulting in significant cost increase to budget, an example of the lack of care and detail shown by the PM We had issues after completion which he has always denied any responsibility for. Overall we could have PM'd the build better ourselves and saved thousands

  The review system is there for consumers to properly review the service they have received in a professional manner. The scoring system allows them to rate the service they have received in an honest and constructive way. It is NOT there for consumers, disappointed by one element of a long and substantial build, to vent their frustration rather than discussion, negotiation and compromise! However, after 23 years of construction, the odd, 1/10 vitriolic score should be taken on the chin!

  Extensive refurbishment of a 1950s bungalow.

  Teamwork projects carried out an extensive refurbishment of our bungalow. The project was managed by Giles Peck and took 6 months to complete. Giles, as well as organising the different trades, also works hard on site as a very competent carpenter. The project bills the client each week, which worked well for us. It is easy to monitor expenditure and discuss options. Weekly meetings are encouraged and very helpful. The work of the trades was on the whole very good. Any problems were soon sorted. The workmen were trustworthy, tidy and courteous. We are pleased with the end result.

  Conservatory removal and replacement with modern regulations equivalent

  Giles and his team and his general approach of working with you on a project have been absolutely fabulous. You feel involved in the project and day to day decisions. He has great relationships with building control, structural engineers and the architects....well, all services you need. Giles allows/encourages you to source your own materials and is always precise on what you are looking for. This is actually the second job I have worked with Teamwork Projects and I would recommend them to my friends.

  Single storey extension, including demolition of existing building, external chimneysupporting walls

  We are very pleased with the new kitchen / family room extension Teamworks have completed. Throughout they and their subcontractors have been very professional, courteous and very hardworking which has lead to a trouble free project being completed to a very high standard, to agreed cost and just about on time. No mean feat in these constrained times.
