    I purchased a freesat box and in the process of connecting everything as instructed found that it wasn’t picking up a signal.   • Fitting satellite dish for TV

    We asked John to give us a quote for fitting a conventional TV aerial. When he came round and saw the previous owners had left a satellite dish, he advised us we would get a better Freeview signal with this than from an aerial. He replaced the dish with a brand new one, whereas other quotes involved leaving the existing dish and only replacing the receiver box, and his price was the most competitive. John was professional, fast and friendly, just as it says on his business card! He was right about the signal - we now have a crystal clear picture and excellent sound.

    So when i found i felt unsafe up the ladder i decided to get a professional in. I called Tellytech and found that he was in our village finishing of his lunch. He came round straight away. That’s a first for us. I had installed the dish five years ago and had worked well until recently. He had great test equipment to help locate the problem. Eventually turns out the NLB’s output was lower than ideal. Along the way he reterminated some P connectors and replaced the NLB. All working fine within about half an hour. What fantastastic same day service. Highly reccomended by us.
