  Replace immersion heater and water pump

  Had an issue with a water leak in our immersion heater. Business owner came round very quickly to assess the issue and was able to order a replacement and fit it within 3 days. He provided details of charges and explained the problem & what needed doing. He also replaced the plastic pipes with copper ones and did a neat and tidy job, There was also a separate issue with the pressure pump connected to our boiler which he replaced. Checked all the rads to make sure everything was working before he left. He was friendly and professional and I would be happy to use him again

  New Radiators and Power Flush

  We wish we had found Tom sooner. To have someone so professional and caring was a dream. He gave us a full quote and explained everything clearly to us. He even popped back quickly to sort a bit of air in the system. We are delighted with our new upright radiators and we honestly didn’t know he was here doing a full power flush. We are nice and warm. Don’t hesitate to have Tom you won’t find better!! Thank you

  Replacing shower thermostat and toilet inners and installation of scale reducer

  He quoted an hourly rate, but when the jobs were completed, he totalled parts and labour together, and despite my request, refused to split out the two. Based on the 4 hours or so he was there, this led me to believe I had been overcharged.

It seems your review coincides with our last communication in May 2024, when I couldn’t meet your preferred timeline and recommended other trusted companies instead.
