  It was a pleasure to meet Thomas and I highly recommend him. Thomas was knowledgeable, professional and solution focused in his approach to the enquiry I made and the work subsequently contracted by his company. He responded promptly to all communication and offered a range of options for consideration taking into account the requirements we had discussed. Attention was paid right to the end leaving the area clean and tidy and information was shared throughout the steps of the work. An excellent approach.

  New boiler

  I asked Thomas for a second opinion after an initial visit from another local company as my 2007 boiler was showing signs of packing it in. Despite my job being slightly more complex than a usual boiler installation, Thomas had everything at hand in order to get the boiler I wanted. His communication is excellent and turns up exactly when he says he will. No issues with the boiler since installation and I can't thank Thomas and his team enough for the excellent job they did.

  Emergency call out and new gas boiler

  An emergency call out after my carbon monoxide alarm sounded, Thomas made time to fit me in to his schedule same day to help. He then identified the issues and emailed me with 3 new boiler options, their benefits and the cost differences. Communication was speedy and clear and the new boiler was fitted within the week. The callout charge from the emergency even removed from the final bill which they didn’t need to do but was appreciated! Great quality work, will be my go to expert now.
