    Blocked drain in bathroom

    Great initial response and promise for someone to attend the property between 2 and 4pm that afternoon. Come 6.30pm, despite waiting in no one has arrived. Message at 6.30pm to say cannot do the work today and will attend at 9am the next day. Messaged at 8am the next day to say that can’t do the work at 9am! Wish we had gone with a different compan

    UNBLOCKING DRAINS AND MANHOLES

    On the plus side the men were respectful to the house and to ourselves. They left a tidy area behind them. Worked very hard to solve the problem. On the downside the person who I booked the work with (not the workmen) told me the charge would be £35 per hour plus extras for machinery etc. When they arrived I was asked to sign that I understood it would be £35 per half an hour per man! plus machinery costs. So it was far more expensive than expected.

    Clearing blocked drain

    Really impressed with the service, contacted me really quickly, were on site the same day. The chaps who arrived were excellent and although the costs were marginally higher than I'd hoped for I can clearly see why as the job was far harder than I'd thought too. So all in all I'm really happy and would definitely use Thames Drains again.
