Avoid this company
Avoid at all costs. Arron came to do a cctv survey for us back in March. 4 months later he still hasn’t got the completed report to me despite repeatedly promising he would. He has sent an email detailing the fault which cuts off half way through a sentence, and didn’t include any of the pictures. CCTV drain survey
Complete waste of time and money. Recently used them for CcTV drain survey . Never got a report. Was told that the data was lost as the video file was corrupt. Perhaps it was never done. Arron answered my job request, understood my slightly different requirements, and helped me out for a very reasonable fee, in an excellent timescale. I also required the paperwork, proving that the work had been completed - which took a little longer than expected, but all was fine in the end.
