    Certainly, I'll revise the review with simpler wording. Here's a new version: Steve from Thames Valley Pest Control is amazing! We had mice in our attic, and Steve came quickly to help. He really knows his stuff and explained everything clearly. Steve used safe ways to get rid of the pests and made sure they were gone for good. He's not just good at his job - he's also really nice and always on time. He took great care of our home while working. If you have any pest problems, call Steve. He's the best pest control guy around! We're so happy with his work and would use him again in a heartbeat

  • Removal of wasp's nest and rodent proofing

    Steve was very knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. He effectively removed the wasp's nest in our thatched roof, and identified and sealed gaps in the brickwork which allowed rodents access to our wall cavity and roof space.

  • Visual inspection for bed bugs

    My brother needed a check for bed bugs so I called Steve on 14th May and agreed he would visit to inspect on 15th. However, I needed to rearrange and asked if he could possibly fit the check in that afternoon. He said he could rearrange a couple of things to accommodate my request which was great and what was really great was that he didn’t find evidence of any bed bugs! Steve was very polite and professional, his customer service was excellent, I highly recommend Thames Valley Pest Control.

    Steve helped with an unwelcome guest visiting our kitchen; setting traps to catch it and identifying how it was likely getting in. He also visited the neighbours to check for entry routes and followed up to check no more problems. Very happy with service.

    Steve removed a nest of squirrels from the loft. He answered his phone right away when I made the initial call, was polite, talked me through his service, told me the cost and arranged to come out promptly. He fitted in with my availability and arrived when he said he would each time. Steve was knowledgeable about what he was doing and tidy, always wearing shoe coverings. On completion he charged me exactly what he quoted. I would certainly call Steve if I needed pest control again.
