10 Pond Maintenance / Cleaning

Excellent company

Fantastic work at a really good price....would definitely recommend them.
Full pond clean carried out by Natalie, who was very professional....just got on with the job with absolutely no fuss and did an excellent job transforming the pond from it's original state to a really clear and clean pond. Used to use firm that did the maintenance for previous owner but really pleased to have found this firm as I found them to do a much better job overall. Reliable and did a great job!

Pond wall rebuilt & old liner replaced
Matt’s team came to install a new liner and moved my fish into their holding pond. Unfortunately, not only had next doors tree roots penetrated the old liner, it had also broken one side of the pond wall. I had another smaller filter which they moved and hooked up to the holding pond, also an air filter. Matt then arranged his builders to attend a few days later to get rid of the tree roots and rebuild the wall. His previous team then came back to install the liner and return the fish. Excellent company
I initially spoke to Matt on the phone and sent him photos of the existing pond and it was decided that I needed a new pond liner as mine was leaking although I was given the choice of having fibreglass. A few weeks later, Natalie and Tyrone came round to reline the pond. They were both very professional and knowledgeable They did an excellent job. Existing stones were used to anchor down the liner and I chose to finish the landscaping and add extra rocks in my own time. Founded by Matt Adlington in 2021, That Pond Guy grew from a genuine passion for ponds, fish and water gardening. What started with building Matt’s own pond in 2018 has developed into a dedicated team helping homeowners, estates, schools and commercial clients care for their ponds and water features.
