  Excellent communication and timescale for repair. The Appliance Professor arrived on time, identified the problem quickly and did the repair there and then. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

  Gary turned up on time, took one look and knew exactly what the problem was . He had the part in his van and replaced it in a few minutes. I found him polite, knowledgeable and very efficient. I would recommend him highly.

  Dishwasher was overflowing with water so the fix was a matter of urgency. Job was carried out in quick fashion, good quality and the process and reasoning thoroughly explained to me. Would recommend for any appliance fix.

  Contacted because we'd seen lots of recommendations on social media for The Appliance Professor. Contacted via mobile and got an appointment very quickly and at our convenience. Updated on time of arrival on the day. Put on shoe covers and had protective floor covering etc to look atvour dishwasher. Gary suggested a couple of things that could be causing our issue, one much less expensive than the other and he suggested the cheaper option first and it has solved our problem. Really nice guy, very professional, explained everything clearly. No problem recommending him to others
