Annual Boiler service
Very quick to respond. Lee arrived promptly. Friendly, and very helpful. Gave me a clear verbal report having serviced the boiler efficiently. followed up very quickly with the full report on my boiler. I will definitely be using them again next year.

Boiler repair
Although Lee was unable to fix my boiler during his visit, his company arranged a ‘guaranteed fix repair from Baxi’ on my behalf and Lyndsey was really helpful in making contact with them. NB this was all under a Home Emergency insurance claim. I would definitely use them again for servicing and repairs.

Replacement boiler
We were delighted with the work undertaken by The Boiler Experts. Lee responded quickly, was highly professional in his assessment of the problem, reasonable in quoting for a replacement boiler and speedy in returning to fit the new boiler. He ensured that the boiler was in full working order before he left and was clear about how to get the best out of our system. I couldn't recommend The Boiler Experts highly enough.
