  Our boiler had been written off. We had already been without hot water for several days. When I called The Boiler Installation Specialists Nina dealt with my inquiry quickly and efficiently. I sent photographs of the existing system and within no time Nina offered to send engineers the next day. Other 'experts' had predicted all sorts of complications. Jordan and Mason turned up early in the morning, despite problems on the local roads and immediately set about reassuring me that the job was very doable. They worked quickly and efficiently and were tidy and polite. Very professional.

  This company replaced my old boiler at my house with a new one and also replaced my leaky cylinder and some fixed leaks and blockages on pipework around the house. The service I have received has been 10/10. Survey, quote, office communication and not at least the installation - was flawless and I will recommend to friends and family looking for a new boiler.
