  No aftersales service

  I had a boiler and pump fitted last year. It wasn't cheap but they did come out to me on a Sunday at very short notice when our boiler stopped working. We paid cash. We have a few possibly issues. I spoke to Chris and he said that he would come out on Friday. I tested out a few things that he suggested and fed back via text, no reply. On the Friday, it was getting near to the end of the time window when he said he would arrive. I texted again, just to check his arrival, no reply. I've emailed too, no reply. Seems no aftersales available. Shame, this isn't what I wanted to feed back.

  We are sorry to see this review, but we strongly dispute that it fairly reflects our workmanship or reliability. We installed the boiler over a year ago, and the boiler itself is still working perfectly When we attended the property recently, the issue raised was found to be unrelated to our original installation. The customer has also contacted Checkatrade to confirm this and has tried to have the review removed. Checkatrade informed customer they cannot remove review so Jenny (customer) could only leave reply to her original review

  New boiler Installation

  I spoke with Chris and his Team about changing my boiler. They were prompt, professional and most of all engaged with the client at all times. The installation was completed efficiently, on time and they left the workspace tidy and clean. I would highly recommend The Boiler Installation Specialists for anyone looking to replace or install a boiler. I will be using them again when it comes to annual boiler services.

  Outstanding service from beginning to end

  From the initial assessment by Chris to tidying up at the end of- this team were exceptional. Jordan and Mason were professional, polite, grafted non stop and I can recommend them highly enough. When writing a good review I always like to point out one area for improvement to demonstrate I’m not a friend or family- I honestly don’t have one. Having overcome a potential problem that we thought may occur they ended up charging me less than the initial quote. Add Honesty to the list of compliments.

  This is a GENUINE one stop shop with highly experienced engineers to tackle everything.

  Our boiler broke just before Christmas. The installation was more than 40 years old and was complex within a five bedroom listed farmhouse. It took us until January to find the most appropriate firm. We received a fixed cost for what turned out to be a premium service. The team of 4 arrived at 0800 and finished the whole job (immaculately) ten and a half hours later. The whole previous system has been updated and Hive electronic controls installed. And now the whole house can be temperature controlled all day long.
