Efficient and friendly company who do everything to recycle the furniture wherever possible.
Katie had a very calm and efficient manner on the phone during what was, for me, a stressful flat removal process. Likewise, her clearance guys, Matt and John were really helpful and friendly. I was told they'd be with me between 9-9.30am. They arrived at 9 on the dot and left at 9.30 on the dot - I hadn't expected that they'd literally be there during that time!! Jim and his colleagues were very good. The only company that came to see the house and gave an honest quote based on that.
