  Wheelchair-proof Bungalow Extension

  I was very happy with the input from Barnaby and his team to extend my home and reconfigure the existing layout for wheelchair use.   Great service

  The design social provided us with a great service as we have gone through the process of having an extension built. Barnaby guided us through each stage of the process including working with our builders as problems arose. He took care in producing a design that met the needs of our daughter who has disability needs whilst still ensuring it met the needs of a family home for the rest of us. Communication was really good throughout, but also accepting of delays caused by waiting for information from the council. Thank you.

  Amazing all round

  We worked with Barnaby on the plans for our home extension and couldn't be happier. He took the time to understand how we live and turned our loose ideas into a design that is practical and beautiful. Barnaby was approachable, responsive and happy to answer every question, and he guided us clearly through planning and building regulations, which took the stress out of it. The drawings were detailed and professional, and real care went into every aspect. We'd highly recommend Barnaby and the team to anyone planning an extension or renovation.

  We approached Barnaby to support with creating an extension and internal reconfiguration of our house. Barnaby has been approachable, professional and transparent throughout the whole process. When plans needed amending secondary to a building inspection Barnaby ensured this was completed in a timely manner and was proactive throughout.   Extension Design

  Working with Barnaby, Levi and Oliver at the Design Social was an absolute pleasure. They were professional and thorough from start to finish. They were always ready to answer questions and offer advice while making sure we were able to achieve our preferences within engineering and budget constraints. During potentially stressful moments with the work they were quick to respond and solve any issues arising with the different parties involved in the build. Would strongly recommend again and wouldn't consider using anyone else again in the future.
