  Barnaby was courteous and kind in all our meetings. He provided clear emails and took the time to meet with me several times to help explain what I did not fully understand. The best part was we clicked well together and a good working relationship developed. I feel I can go back to him at whatever point for guidance should I need it moving forward. He used 3D graphical drawings in our online meetings to help explain and visualize what we had requested of him. He helped in all the submissions I needed and guided me every step of the way.

  Barnaby has provided excellent service so far. He’s been patient with us, despite my changing my mind about what I wanted.   We have enjoyed the creative process with Barnaby to convert our 1960's style bungalow into a contemporary house. Barnaby inspired us with his visuals, quickly won our confidence and has been patient…! Despite being restricted as we want to utilise as much of the existing bungalow as possible, Barnaby has designed something special. Also the planners where restrictive so I didn't think the design would pass planning, but it did, first time! Can’t wait to continue the journey with Design Social and turn their amazing drawings into technical drawings for building control, and then reality!

  We had to undertake planning permission for a job of which The Design Social assisted us by undertaking the act of completing, monitoring and signing off so it was one less item for us to focus on. Never felt bombarded by them at all and had a very positive, very streamline and efficient process! Would highly recommend them.
