From the beginning of our enquiry to the installing of the windows DEWGARD were excellent. The surveys and quotes were extremely professional and the attention to detail was outstanding. The whole team were polite and fun to have on site at our house. They worked hard and diligently all the way through the project. Thank you so much. The office team at the shop were fab too. I received a very helpful and understanding service. My patio doors needed repairing, they were extremely understanding and knew how to deal with it. Steph was super helpful and very patient! She understood my needs and was willing to help and advise in every way. Adam came out to review my issues, again he was sympathetic to my needs, explained how they could be fixed easily which put my mind at rest. Replacement of 2 windows. Everything from the initial measurements to the installation was excellent. We had a piece of glass that was scratched and this was replaced without question. We also had a query with the blind runners that was resolved the same day. Another fantastic experience with Dewgard windows. Adam came in on time; assessed the conditions of the windows and he persuaded me to give the maintenance a go instead of replacing the hinges and locking mechanism. I am happy i listened to Adam as the windows are now holding tight and can easily open and close. Job location: TW18Called Dewgard Window to help me with general maintenace and they were prompt to attend the job. Adam arrived on site on time and done a neat professional job. He was honest enough to advise me when simple maintenance like lubrication was required vs a repair. The cost of the job ended up being very reasonable compared to other trades i checked with beforehand10 Change of hinges on window
