Installation of an air source heat pump
There were many faults. External pipes clipped close to the wall and uninsulated. 28mm plastic pipes entering the house through the eaves touching the underside of the roof. No insulation fitted. (On good professional authority) the wrong water tank (Solar -we are wood fired) and the wrong 3-way valve were installed. One unsoldered joint. Incredibly an isolation valve was fitted to the cylinder vent in a vented wood fired system. Air source Heat Pump replaced gas boiler.
