  I spoke with Jonathan who was very knowledgeable and after a few questions diagnosed the problem and gave me the solutions. He explained all the reasons why I had been experiencing condensation issues on windows and a bedroom wall and said that a whole house ventilation system would sort the problems out. I also went for a new moisture monitoring fan in the bathroom to help eliminate issues from shower moisture etc. We agreed a day and time for the installation and James arrived on time. Very efficient and clean installation and hand over. Very pleased with the results.

  Very happy - first thing they said they would turn up at 0800. They did this without fail. They were professional and described exactly the work required and importantly why. The work was carried out with no fuss and I was impressed with the care taken not to make a mess. The clean up left it spotless, even washing down the drive! The plaster is currently drying out so will not know how effective the repair is until later on - likely next winter, but I have no reason to doubt the work undertaken. Seems like these are some of the good guys out there.

  Everyone at the company was great, explained each step and showed us all of the damp readings. Quality of work is great and the house was always left tidy between each day. Definitely a company that takes pride in their work!

  Cannot recommend this company enough. Service was fantastic from initial contact. Jonathan is super clear and honest with the work that needs to be done. The guys that did the work were polite, tidy and gave great advice. If you need anything looking at with regards to damp. Give them a call. You won't be disappointed.

  Damp proofing with membrane

  John and his team are truly the best at what they do. John is an absolutely fantastic person to work with—his attention to detail and understanding are unmatched. I cannot recommend them highly enough! John visited my property, and within days, work on the damp-proofing had begun. The team delivered exactly as agreed, and the quality of the finish is exceptional. I have nothing but praise for this company. If you need damp-proofing done, these are the guys for the job!
