Extremely Polite, efficient and Cleaned up the Bedroom after the work was completed
From start to finish the Hive Trades Gents were curtious, on time, clean, efficient and extremely helpful on completion with some additional extra work where New Electrics had been installed. Membrane and Damp Proof Course around the three sides of the house. PIV system and air flow fans
Jonathan came and did a survey, gave a comprehensive view on the problems. Was happy to come out again to go over the work needed. Jonathan was good at communicating throughout the process. Very good company to deal with
Hive were really good to deal with from the start - my initial inquiry was answered quickly and the survey was thorough and informative. Rising/Penetrating damp in living room, rising damp in front and rear hall
From the moment I met with Johnathan and his team I knew I had made the right choice in going with them. No hard sell, no pressure to choose their quote, telling me what needed doing and how long it would take. The two guys that turned up Monday morning were right on time, as stated. Two great guys who informed me again on what needed doing and cracked right on. They informed me everyday what they had done and what was to be done the next day.
