We have over 30 years experience in the home improvement sector and rectified 100s of damp issues for customers around the Midlands over the last decade.
We specialise in all forms of damp proofing for replacement DPCs, tanking systems, penetrating damp, cellar waterproofing and condensation control.
All our work comes with 20 year transferrable guarantees.
Our tradesmen are all employed by the company - no sub contractors - and all have at least 20 years experience.
No hard sell. We will simply quote you for required work and leave it to you to contact us.
We will never ask for any form of payment before works are completed - giving you peace of mind the work is done to the standard you expect and your property and yourself are respected by our tradesmen.

Removing of plaster and install both injection DPC and lining of wall
Very good company, one of the only ones that didn't charge to quote, price was very fair and once intrusive works started adaptions were discussed and made and a discount given, the lead time was 4 weeks and a date agreed upon acceptance of quote, this was stuck to and the operatives were polite and more than competent, the house was immaculate at the end of the job, they even hovered at the end of day 1 (2 day job). Would highly reccomend.
Rising damp in 1930s semi
Super job. A few months between accepting quote and doing work but it was worth the wait. The workmen were punctual and completed the job in just over half a day, including replastering the walls. Very clean and tidy. Very happy to recommend.
Damp proof course injection cream
Chris came to survey our damp and then came to do our job a few weeks later, such a lovely guy and very knowledgable.
Front bay window
Andy and Damien arrived on time, clarified the work to be done. Fixed a problem that we knew nothing about and completed the work. Very happy with what they did very conscientious.
Timely and honest
Hive visited our house as we had some localised damp issues in two upstairs rooms. They were on time and did a through assessment of the rooms and they were honest in their assessment that the work required was minor and could be done by myself for a little cost. This was refreshing to get informed and honest feedback and what was even more surprising was that they said no charge for their advice! Great company and would definately recommend them!
Damp proofing, remove plaster, re plaster
Brilliant job from my first phone call to the end of the job, The guys were really professional. All my furniture was covered, carpets were protected perfectly. They cleaned up so well. I really can’t recommend them enough
