    I was told the pest controller would arrive between8 and 12 but by half past 11 he hadn't arrived. I did get a phone call to say he was running late and would be with me by 2, but he didn't come until nearly 2. 30. He didn't apologize, but he was efficient and informative.

    I contacted Checkatrade on a Sunday, and was messaged back on Monday morning. Another message and a call, and Kevin arrived by lunchtime the same day. He was polite, professional and a really nice guy, suited up and dealt with the nest within half an hour. The cost was as expected and quite reasonable A lovely guy and an excellent service

    As an elderly widow who had been stung two days ago, seeing a swarm of wasps outside caused panic. The local council couldn’t send anyone for several weeks. I phoned D&R Solutions Ltd. An efficient, pleasant person explained that one of their operatives was in the area and would be with me in a couple of hours. The operative was a very amenable, professional person who explained exactly what would happen and warned me to stay indoors for a couple of hours after treatment. I paid by card and received a discount because I’m a pensioner. There’s not a sign of a wasp now! Thank you
