  Had a problem with my hot water cylinder, and Martin was able to identify the problem there and then, able to source the replacement parts, and within the estimated time, my hot water was back up and running!

  Martin was a very punctual, polite and extremely professional, he put my mind at ease from the start, explaining thoroughly what the issue was, and ran through the process of what was needed. Collected the parts the same day and returned to rectify the problem. I was so pleased how Martin conducted himself, I have a few more issues that I have discussed with Martin, and will be getting Him back to complete the additional works. A very tidy, presentable, polite, professional tradesman who I will be recommending to all my friends and family. Thanks to the Plumb Monkey! You are a star!!!

  Install a new toilet.

  Martin arrived at his scheduled time, he was very clear on the job he was going to do, he was very clean and did an excellent job, I would not hesitate to contact plumb monkey again.

  Re - installed under sink pipes that were leaking as not fitted correctly by previous plumbers.
