Efficient, professional and knowledgeable.
Marcus was polite, flexible and efficient. He was able to book the work in immediately and arrived promptly straight after the Easter weekend. As well as the rug I'd booked in, he cleaned two more smaller rugs, one of which 100% came back to life when I thought it was beyond saving.
