Expansion vessel and filling loop replacement
Booked a boiler service via our energy provider which was sub contracted to Thermoglow who contacted me to book the appointment for the service. Arrived on time, carried out the service where it was identified that the expansion vessel was punctured. To avoid paying an excess fee through our energy supplier we booked Thermoglow to carry out the work. The part was ordered, they contacted me to inform of the cost and book an appointment to carry out the work. Arrived the date we booked, work carried out and all completed within the hour. Gas Leak
During Boiler maintenance a Gas leak was found on the downstairs Gas appliances . This required capping off the existing pipework and put in new . Phillip explaining as he rerouted the new pipework in a vary neat and unobtrusive way. Sorting moving a strategically placed gas pipe which was preventing electric oven being put in place

Water leaking from Central heating boiler
Philip was very helpful and keep me informed at each stage of the operation. He viewed the problem, then got the spare part that was required. Fixing a broken Pulsacoil hot water system
Phillip volunteered for the job. Made a catalogue of errors and left charging us over £600 and was coming back to complete with an electronic receiver we had paid for in advance. Never came back and was completely non-communicative. Left 2 OAPs in the lurch for 6 weeks until we got an experienced engineer to fix it for half the price. Before me someone blew the PCB by pulling the relays below (proof of this). I replaced PCB and relays. Hot water is now working via boost mode as receiver was faulty. I clearly stated I was too busy to come back! I did NOT take any advance payment!

This lovely gentleman squeezed our emergency appointment quickly and done the job very well.
