Extension drawings and planning application
Eddie did a great job. Very helpful advice Developed several alternative designs at my request. Planning permission was granted at the first request.

Selling house and wanted multiple designs with planning permission did a great job.

Advice on what could be done on an taking down garage and out buildings and drawings and plans for a single storey extension including planning applications and help sourcing a party wall agreement
Eddie was brilliant in helping us work out what could be done and how to go about the legal side of things. He submitted our applications and out us in touch with someone to draw up the party wall agreement. He rally helped to explain the process and liaised with our builders when drawing up the plans. He helped with ideas on where to put walls et. And how to use th space we had

Plans for extension to rear of house and planning/building regs/build over agreement
Very high quality, professional work. The Sitting Duck Company helped us with our extension and guided us through the process including getting planning, building regs and build over. They also offered advise on other areas relating to building control. Our builder is starting in a few weeks time and is happy with all of the info provided.

Permitted development application
I was very pleased with the service, Eddie created the design and then drawings for our rear extension and submitted the planning application to the council. He also introduced us to a party wall surveyor, structural engineer and got us the required drainage build over agreements. We have recommended him to friends and will use him next time we need any architectural or drawing work.
