  The Sussex Heating Care Company are simply The Best.Kates communication is Friendly,very professional,informative,efficient,always with a speedy response.Ross is amazing,he’s knowledge of he’s job left me feeling totally reassured,he was punctual,friendly,unassuming,extremely hard working & tidy.Even though they were fully booked, Kate & Ross managed to juggle their schedule to accommodate me.I am extremely grateful to you both.Many thanks.

  Heating System Upgrade

  We contacted The Sussex Heating Care Company to obtain a quotation for a new heating system. Kate booked us in that evening. Ross surveyed our flat and out-lined our requirements after discussing our needs with us which left us confident that we had chosen the right company for our project. Ross and Brendan were very professional throughout the 3-day period and always left the work area clean and tidy. Once installed, Ross took time to explain and demonstrate the controls and settings until we felt confident using them. We highly recommend-The Sussex Heating Care Company D. Wright & D. Lovett

  Emergency Central Heating Repair

  Ross came to my rescue, promptly!!

  I had a service a month ago, at that time the boilers pressure was very low so glad when Ross arrived on time for the service. Ross corrected the pressure and all was ok, service got a green light. After several weeks the boilers pressure got extremely low again? Sent an S.O.S to Ross through a e-mail to “The Sussex Heating Company “ and although he was very busy had time to advise me on how to re-pressurise the system. Ross your a star!!

  Replace old boiler with Worcester Combi Boiler

  So pleased we chose Ross to replace our old boiler. He clearly knows his stuff. He turned up when he said, was extremely polite, courteous and tidy and it was a pleasure to have him around. His workmanship and attention to detail are second to none. I highly recommend his company.
