  Thomas and his team were prompt, courteous and professional. They fixed a large vertical crack in our exterior wall in half a day, liaising directly with a scaffolder to manage the complex requirements. Would certainly recommend them.

  Tommy arrived at agreed time to look at the job and provided a quote within 24hrs. We agreed on the start date, length of job and price. Tommy arrived at agreed time and kept me informed of what he planned to do that day. At the end of day, and during the day, he gave me an update of his progress. Tommy was at all times respectful and easy to interact with. I am delighted with his work and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

  Tommy was brilliant - gave a detailed breakdown of cost, communicated clearly and was quick, professional and reliable. I was extremely happy with the work carried out and will definitely ask Tommy to carry out any further work in the future.

  I had a joiner from checkatrade previous and to say the least he took my money and the job was a shambles. got another joiners from checkatrade and he rectified the mistakes that the previous joiner made. Tommy was reliable and done a great job. I have him coming back to do some other work so he is in my contacts now.

  Mr Wilson took the time to come out and discuss the job with me. He left and said he would send me a quote in the next few days. I never heard from him again. I don't mind if a tradesman doesn't want to do a job for whatever reason, just tell me I'm a big boy. Don't just disappear - it's discourteous and unprofessional

  Hi Guy , i do apologise. You could have messaged me and i would have replied instead of leaving a bad review. A second chance would have been fair considering the hard work that goes into maintaining a good score on the app. No need for the big boy stuff
