Leak under Kitchen Sink.
Had a leak from a pipe under the kitchen sink. Phoned Thomson Heating. Turned up on time on the day arranged and as always a friendly professional approach. Fitted a new part, problem solved at what I considered to be a reasonable price. Have used Thomson Heating on a number of occasions now for heating and plumbing jobs from small to big and would therefore thoroughly recommend them.

Small wetroom installation
Blair and his team installed a small wetroom for us in Broadstairs. Whilst it was ok initially, after less than 6 months the grout in the shower area was cracking. Blair sent someone back to cut back and regrout the tray area. Unfortunately during this a number of the tiles were damaged, and within a few weeks the cracking reappeared in the grout. I have been trying to contact Blair for the past month, unfortunately he rarely replies to messages and does not answer when I call. He had said they would come back but cancelled last minute and I am no longer able to get a reply from him.
