Installation of Water Softener
Once again THT provided an excellent service from start to finish. Lewis installed the water softener with minimal disruption to the household. THT were also very amenable when we asked to resite the electrical socket of the softener. The work was carried out tidily, on time and to our satisfaction. Good but pricey
They overestimated the time required. When I suggested an afternoon visit, they doubted that would allow enough time and we agreed 12 noon. The fitter called on the day and asked if he could come early. He arrived at 1130 and was finished by 1330. I felt overcharged. We are a bit confused by this, we quoted the job 2 weeks before and the customer accepted and we fitted it in to work around the customers busy work schedule. We are sorry the customer feels like this on this occasion.
