Job location: SO23Very impressed with these guys, work ended up being completed even earlier than scheduled as materials all arrived timely. One full morning on site and everything was complete - very minimal disruption. Very nice job. Excellent comms from start to finish, wouldn't hesitate to use them again.10 Bathroom taps, removal of old and replacement with new.

Lewis the plumber arrived bang on time. He was clean and tidy and brought all necessary tools. He wore overshoes while in the house and cleaned the work area before and after the job. Overhead shower stopped working but hand held unit OK. Contacted company and explained issue. Arranged appointment for engineer to investigate problem. Appointment made and good communication on the day. Issue diagnosed as a defective control unit. Agreed that we would purchase the unit as like for like replacement and company would install. Continued e mail communication to confirm arrival of unit and appointment set for installation. Engineer arrived at agreed time and installation undertaken without fuss. Good service from all at THT.
