  Setup new laptop

  Ricky is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable, with a real gift for answering questions and explaining things in plain English! This means that I came away not only knowing how to use my new laptop, but also understanding it better. I had quite a list of things to go through including connecting up to a printer and fine-tuning OneDrive and it was all done perfectly. Highly recommended!
