Dan and the team replaced the roof tiles, batons and felt and did some repairs to a crumbling chimney. Kept us updated throughout the work, took pictures and tidied up afterwards.

t Titan Roofing contacted promptly to Checkatrade request. I phoned owner who assessed work promptly & punctually, leaving estimate. We agreed start date, punctual attendance, completed thoroughly & cleaned up. On roof, he had noticed wear/tear damage to chimney, he photographed & provided images to me, explaining repair necessary to protect integrity of chimney. When I asked, he gave me his view as to work required to effect repairs & likely estimate for this. There was no sales pressure. I was sufficiently pleased to invite him to estimate another job for another family member.

I called Titan Roofing Solutions out for a quotation regarding a problem with my ridge tiles, which needed re-bedding. They provided an excellent service from start to finish. Dan inspected the issue and came back to me very quickly with a clear quote and explanation of the work required. Communication was excellent throughout, including updates by WhatsApp and photos of the completed work. He was responsive, helpful and available when I had follow-up questions. The work was carried out promptly and came with a 12 month warranty. I would happily use him again.

2nd time of using this company. Phoned Dan, he came straight out, diagnosed the problem, quoted me. I accepted quote. He sourced materials needed locally and finished the job same morning. Solved problem of rain off the roof, running down the wall and window.

I contacted Titan after being let down last minute to install a pitched roof flashing for a boiler flue. Dan was able to help and arrived when he said he would, provided a very reasonable quote and was able to complete the job on the same day. Will definitely be using again.
