Dan gave a very good summery of what was required, all ridge tiles removed cleaned & rebedded, 4 valleys re cementing and 3 gable ends due to mortar degradation. Scaffolding was put up in quick fashion and removed a few day after the work was completed. The whole process was completed in about 10 days from the initial quote to completion. The only concern I had was 1 set of ridge tiles not being covered due to heavy rain being forecast within a couple of hours of them being bedded in. Dan assured me that the mortar they use this would not be a problem, the following day all seemed fine.

16mm Polycarbonate roof installed on existing pergola. Pergola weather treated, 3 replacement crossbeams, due to existing cracks. Work carried out smoothly, and everywhere left clean and tidy. I found Dan a very pleasant and professional tradesman.

We wanted the fascias covered with plastic to avoid the periodic maintenance hassle. Dan assessed our needs and recommended getting black gutters to ease maintenance. Then he spotted some detached lead and did fix it promptly. Best roofer from far.
