Excellent service from start to finish. The team was very professional, friendly, and reliable. They completed the loft work to a high standard and paid attention to every detail. Loft hatch and ladder fitted
Good to start with. Fitted the hatch no problem. Didn’t tell me they had cut through a live electrical wire to the smoke alarm when fitting the hatch. Came to light they had some months later when i had to pay for an electrician to make sure the cable was safe. Contacted TK insulation via message but having read my message completely ghosted me. No reply at all. Disappointing, expected much better from a check a trade recommended company.
