  All electric installation for two new builds

  Tim is an absolutely excellent electrician and his attention to detail is second to none. He was also fantastic at suggesting affordable lighting options whilst also thinking about how the houses would be lived in and so what plugs might be needed where. Since the 2 new builds, Tim has also done various bits of work at our own home and is now doing the electrical installation at another 2 new builds we're doing. I cannot fault his work and would recommend him to anyone.

  Really disappointed this company would treat a potential customer so poorly.

  Based on the great reviews, I contacted this company to ask for advice about installing an electric cooker when there's a gas point sticking out. I was keen to arrange a quick visit, if possible - for which I would obviously pay. I just needed advice at this stage, no work. Mid conversation, the guy I was speaking to just put the phone down! And yes, I called back and left a voicemail with my details...  Nothing.  Is this what customers have to expect these days, to be ghosted by someone who just couldn't be bothered to even finish a conversation...?

  Hi there, firstly thank you for your feedback. It wasn't something I was expecting however it's good to understand things from your perspective. From my side, as you mentioned in your review I don't really receive negative reviews. Whilst the perception you have is a negative one I did go through a short recommendation with you, advising you to source the new appliance make and model first - you would need to purchase it before I could advise you on how to fit it. And that you would require a gas fitter to move the gas pipe if required. Also I mentioned that this type of request typically needs to be made by a landlord rather than a rental tenant. You seemed to be quite stressed about the job during our call, but unfortunately after I'd given you the advice I couldn't spend any longer on the phone with you as I was at another job. I hope you manage to progress your job satisfactorily. Kind regards.

  An extension

  TN Electrical Installations did a cracking job on my extension. Professional from start to finish and listened to what I wanted and suggested solutions, I’m really pleased with the result. I would definitely use them again for future projects. Thanks guys!

  Changing light fittings

  We contacted N L Electrical Installations with a request and they replied quickly with a quotation and were then able to provide a date to come to the house and commence. Tim was extremely professional and well mannered. The job took 4 hours to complete and we were absolutely delighted with the result. Tim is very conscientious and methodical about his work. We would not hesitate to use him and his company again as well as recommend him to others.

  Conversion of our home garage to a work from home office. Lighting, Power and Data was installed.

  Great service provided by Tim and his team. They carried out the work from start to finish with no fuss. They were clear about how they were going to complete the job and they weren’t wrong, we got exactly we expected. The job was quoted and it wasn’t a penny over, in fact they offered us a saving, but as they did such a good job we were happy to pay the full amount. We would recommend TN Electrical.
