. Inspection requested re faulty grills in double oven
I had asked for decision on faulty grills but Tom thoroughly investigated and diagnosed they were fine both top and lower. He explained a great deal about the workings and usage. Diagnose and repair oven element.
Tom was brilliant throughout. Quick communication and job acceptance. Gave a visit time window, arrived promptly and had the part to fix the element on the diagnostic visit. All at very reasonable cost and a fraction of what I would have had to pay to have a manufacturer repair.
