    Window Lock Fitting

    Professional, communicative and solution-focused

Tom was communicative, professional, prompt and solution-focused. We knew our windows were tricky to source parts for but he came prepared and had the job done within 45 minutes. He sorted out a problem we had been quite stressed and worried about and we felt in safe hands. We would highly recommend him to others.

    Lock fitted quickly and efficiently.

Tom fitted a front door lock for me. He was friendly and professional. He was very efficient and there was no mess left. He explained things well and gave me advice. He also tidied up the area around the lock and door frame as there was a difference in the size of the replacement lock. It’s barely noticeable. I would definitely recommend him and would get him again if I had any lock or security problems again in future.
