Water leak detection -bathroom
We had a large water leak as a pipe had become separated in the bathroom, causing water to pour in through the kitchen ceiling. We contacted Russell and Booth, and they sent someone over. The issue was identified and fixed quickly and efficiently. Fab Customer Service
Had a few small plumbing jobs completed, had a few different team members for different jobs. Every single one was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. We had a non-standard fitting on our toilet and the team went above and beyond to ensure the work was completed to a high standard. Replaced a leaking sink - great job!
We had a sink that was leaking and contacted them and they came out the same day and identified a hairline crack in the sink. Tommy came and we ordered a new sink (and taps) and they were fitted a week later. Great service, really nice plumbers and they left everything clean and tidy and did a fantastic job.
