Excellent in all aspects. Initially responded (to fix a faulty cistern, over a bank-holiday weekend) within an hour, with very helpful follow-up communication. The two guys who came to fix the problem were lovely; prompt and well prepared, efficient and friendly. Job resolved with no fuss.
