  Great service, great work

  Tom came promptly to give us a quote, fitted the job in the following week (install new power supply for induction hob and 2 new electrical sockets), turned up when he said he would, got the job done well and without leaving any mess, and provided electrical certification straight away, which made the task of getting a Building Regs Approval Certificate straightforward. Very happy customer and I would certainly use the company again.

  Tom’s Electrical Services headed by Tom Neal are a NAPIT qualified, professional, highly competent, Electrical service provider. We recently used Tom, for a new domestic consumer unit (fuse box) and a dedicated external circuit for a heat pump / air conditioner. The whole process from initial visit for a quote, the quote itself, then scheduling and undertaking the work was done to our full satisfaction. We would highly recommend Tom.

  EICR and New Socket

  From start to finish Tom was fantastic. Very quick to get in touch, quick to come and take a look, communicated when he'd be coming and sent us all quotes, reports and info within hours. Exceptional service. As for the work itself, it was very thorough and well done. He kept us in the loop, explained things, and was respectful the entire time in little ways other service providers haven't been - like cleaning up after himself, arriving on time, and not treading mud through the house etc. I highly recommend him. So much so we'll be asking him to come do more work in future.

  Reliable, professional and fairly priced.

  Tom has been completing all the ongoing electrical work as I renovate my house. Today he replaced 3 light fittings in the kitchen plus all of the sockets and light switches. Always clean and tidy, very reliable and very reasonably priced. Would strongly recommend.
