  Roof Replacement

Top Point Roofing Ltd for a Top Job

Top Point Roofing Ltd undertook a major job to renew our entire roof together with new guttering and downpipes. The quality of the workmanship was excellent and Tom and his team were extremely easy to deal with. Tom communicated regularly and always kept us up to date, providing photographic information for us to view. We found Tom to be open, reliable and honest, offering advice if required eg. with tile selection. Materials are excellent quality and we are extremely pleased with the finished work. We would recommend them unreservedly.

  Delighted customer

Good communication from the start. Tom came on time as had been agreed and carried out the work of replacing broken roof tiles. He sourced the tiles to match the others and cleared everything away before leaving the site. Overall delighted with the whole experience of using Top Point Roofing.

  Highly recommend Top point

Our experience using Top point was great from start to finish. The organisation of the job was great, Tom actually helped assess the condition of the roof while we were purchasing this property. Tom and his team worked tirelessly through some really rough weather to get the job done. The roof looks great and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was left clean and tidy, including cleaning out the loft. We had a minor breakage when the scaffolding came down but Tom addressed the issue despite it not being his fault. Could not recommend Top point more.

Roof repair work and cleaning done efficiently and within the timeframe

Tom and his colleague delivered a great job from start to finish. We were kept updated throughout the 3 days of work. The cost was reasonable and they left the work area very clean and tidy. The quote, invoice and receipt were sent quickly and included a 5 year guarantee for the repair and cleaning. We would not hesitate in recommending this efficient and friendly company for any roofing work.
