Wednesday - Spoke to Chris about my Mum's aging tall larder fridge that was not working to it's full potential. Thursday - An engineer came out to confirm that it had served it's purpose and needed replacing. Friday - Chris offered to replace it nearly like for like, install and take away the old fridge, with the possibility of it arriving by Monday. Monday - Chris confirmed they had the fridge and it was installed in the afternoon. I have so much on my plate and the thought of trying to get a new fridge fast was beyond me. Thank you very much. Purchased a new Montpellier Oven from Havant Branch. Chris was very helpful with providing information on a selection of ovens which would fit my requirements. Placed the order on Monday and it was delivered, installed and the old oven taken away on Friday. Jim and Mitch delivery/installation guys were excellent, professional and friendly. Price quoted included installation and recycling of old oven and was cheaper than the big retailers . Excellent service from start to finish.

Quite honestly one of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with! From start to finish I couldn’t fault the service! 😁 My dishwasher broke down, I found ‘Total Appliance Repair’ on checkatrade with some great reviews, and now I know why :) Lovely lady called Leanne me near instantly and the engineer Martinarrived within 20mins! Ok they couldn’t repair it that day, but they were very helpful to find me a new one and also price matched me one I found, it was delivered and installed by Jim very next day! I was amazed at that service! Bloody brilliant! 😀 I will be recommending you guys! Thankyou

24 hours after a request for help on a broken dishwasher a service chap appeared, diagnosed the problem and ordered a replacement machine for the following week. On the designated day and time 2 chaps arrived and installed it. Fantastic service from all 3 lovely chaps. Superb service all round. Thank you very much.

Really quick communications after my job was submitted on check a trade. I saw an engineer within 24 hours. Marco was brilliant- friendly, knowledgeable and very tidy. Great service across the board.
