Tom contacted us super quickly after the initial enquiry and came round that afternoon. He explained everything he was going to do and effectively dealt with the wasps nest. We also wanted him to deal with an ants nest but he advised the ants weren’t active enough for it to work and gave us advice on how to deal with it ourselves and even sent us the details on what product to buy. Job location: TN22Tom responded very quickly to my call, was polite and informative. He dealt expertly with the problem and was much cheaper and more efficient than a previous company which hadn't been successful. That company would have charged the full amount to re-treat the area, whereas Tom said he wouldn't. I was very glad I had chosen the local, small business which was much more friendly, effective and informative than the alternative. I highly recommend this company.10 Quick, effective service.
