The quote received to rectify our rising damp was very reasonable compared to another quote received. Joseph and his men explained clearly how the work would be done, which took a day and a half to treat our lounge and hallway. The finish to our walls is very good which will help our decorator when he starts. The men were tidy and cleaned up well when they finished. Joseph provided an excellent service in every respect. We had a leak from the bath in an upstairs bathroom that had damaged the rafters in the ceiling below. Joseph identified and treated some subsequent rot and woodworm in the rafters and also gave us invaluable advice about several other damp issues in the house.
